Starting out with a custom skid made form 2X6 and 2X4 we roll the trailer into place and block the tires in front, behind and on the outside. Next we hold down the tongue of the trailer using the safety chains, tensioning them with the tongue jack.

At the rear we hold the back down to the skid using a ratchet strap between the skid and the 2" receiver tube in the rear bumper. Making sure the airbags are correctly inflated we tension the strap to hold the back of the trailer in place.

The tongue jack it boxed in place. With the trailer secured to the skid we wrap the trailer in packing blankets, place cardboard inserts around the outer edges and wrap the trailer in industrial plastic wrap.

Our trailer are shipped in enclosed tractor trailer rigs and are shipped anywhere in North America. Owners pick up their trailers at local transportation centers, remove the packing and blocks and tow their trailer home

For overseas shipments a similar skid system is used and the trailer is enclosed in a full wooden box.
