This trailer was part of a batch of trailers built to our specifications in South Africa and shipped via container to us in 2002. During shipping the main load box experienced damage. It is bent and racked. The remainder of the trailer is in good shape and the majority of the parts seem to be there.
The trailer consists of the main load box and lid, side boxes, nose box, rear bumper, swing away tire carrier, and side carriers for fuel and water cans and roof rack. The chassis is hot galvanized. Military wrapped leaf springs (9 leaves) shackles and bushings are all there.
This trailer does not have an axle. We used to have the axles made locally in Reno to order. If you want one made for your configuration I can ask the supplier if they would make a one off for us.
If we were to buy this trailer today it would cost $6380.00 at the factory in South Africa. Retail price here in the USA would put it at around $12,000.00. Due to the condition of the trailer and as we are selling it "as is" we are asking $2000.00.
